Welcome to Connect In Ink. This website, located at https://www.google.com/search?q=ConnectInInk.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Connect In Ink. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Connect In Ink.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. CUSTOM CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

As a provider of personalized stationery, our Service allows you to upload images and text (“User Content”).

Ownership & Responsibility: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by uploading it, you warrant that you own the copyright or have obtained all necessary permissions to use and reproduce such content.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Connect In Ink harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from a third-party claim that your User Content infringes upon their intellectual property rights.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to refuse any order that contains content we deem unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

3. PRINTING LIMITATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

Color Accuracy: We utilize professional CMYK printing processes. You acknowledge that colors displayed on RGB screens (phones/monitors) may vary slightly from the physical printed ink. Such minor variations are industry standard and do not constitute a defect.
Typographical Errors: We do not proofread or edit User Content. You are solely responsible for checking spelling, grammar, and layout before finalizing your order.
Technical Variance: Minor shifts in cutting/trimming (up to 1/16th of an inch) are inherent to the automated finishing process and are not grounds for a refund.

4. PRICING, TAXES, AND SHIPPING

All-Inclusive Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are inclusive of applicable U.S. Sales Tax.
Free Shipping: We provide 100% Free Standard Shipping within the United States. While we offer this service at no cost to you, risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (USPS/UPS).
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue services at any time without notice.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

12-Hour Grace Period: Due to the custom nature of our products, you may only cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.
Final Sale: Beyond 12 hours, all orders are final and non-refundable. For issues regarding damaged goods or printing errors made by us, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Connect In Ink, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of any of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

8. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website (including the use of bots or crawlers on our WordPress/WooCommerce platform).

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
