For a crisp look on our premium cardstock, we recommend high-resolution photos (300 DPI) in JPG or PNG format.

What kind of paper do you use?

We exclusively use sustainably sourced, heavy-weight American cardstock (14pt to 16pt). Choose between our Modern Matte for a smooth finish or High-Gloss for vibrant colors.

Is the ink high-quality?

Yes, we use professional-grade, archival inks. They are designed to be fade-resistant so your memories remain vibrant for years.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Currently, we exclusively serve the United States market (including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses). This focus allows us to provide faster, more reliable service to our domestic customers.

How long will it take to get my cards?

As a professional boutique, we hand-inspect every order.

  • Production: 2-4 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days via USPS.

Can I track my package?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Orders are sent to our press within 12 hours. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately. Once printed, no changes can be made.
