Our Quality Promise
At Connect In Ink, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Every order is hand-inspected to ensure your custom postcards, business cards, and announcements meet our high professional standards. Because our products are permanently inked and personalized specifically for you, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and clarity for our valued U.S. customers.
1. Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
Since each product is custom-printed with your unique photos, text, and designs, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or customer-side errors. Connect In Ink is not responsible for the following:

User Input Errors: Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes made by the customer.

Image Quality: Blurry or pixelated results due to low-resolution images uploaded by the customer.

Design Selections: Errors in selecting templates, color themes, or font styles.

Shipping Errors: Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Pro Tip: We highly recommend reviewing your design on a desktop screen and double-checking your live preview before finalizing your order.
2. Damages and Printing Defects
If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, we will make it right!

Eligibility: You must contact us at market@connectinink.com within 7 days of delivery.

Requirement: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the specific printing defect.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will rush-print and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
3. Color Matching and Print Variation
Please note that screen colors (RGB) may vary slightly from printed ink colors (CMYK). Minor color variations between your computer monitor and the final printed product are standard in the professional printing industry and do not qualify for a refund or reprint.
4. Order Cancellations
We strive to move your orders into production as quickly as possible to meet our delivery windows.

The 12-Hour Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 Hours: Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order enters our production phase. At this stage, the order is permanent and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
5. Late Delivery Guarantee
We value your time. If your order is not delivered within 15 business days (excluding delays caused by natural disasters or incorrect addresses provided by the customer), you are eligible for a 20% Service Credit refund of your order total. We will issue this credit as a gesture of our commitment while ensuring your premium product reaches you.
6. Stolen Packages
Because we provide free shipping via trusted carriers (USPS), please ensure your delivery location is secure. Connect In Ink is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or neighbors.
7. Processing Refunds
If a refund (full or partial) is approved by our team, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
