At Connect In Ink, we believe in transparent pricing. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We currently exclusively serve customers within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Sales Tax: All listed prices are inclusive of sales tax. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay at checkout.


2. Production & Delivery Timeline

Since our products are custom-made and hand-inspected for quality, please refer to the following timeline:

  • Processing & Production: 2–4 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days via USPS.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 5–11 business days after your order is placed.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to get your custom orders into production as quickly as possible.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 Hours: Once an order has entered the printing and ink-setting stage, we can no longer cancel or modify the order. Please double-check your design and shipping address before finalizing your payment.


4. Late Delivery Refund Guarantee

We value your time. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days from the date of purchase (excluding delays caused by natural disasters or incorrect address entry by the customer), you are entitled to a Late Delivery Refund.

  • The Guarantee: If the 15-business-day window is exceeded, please contact us at market@connectinink.com. We will issue a 20% partial refund of your order total as a gesture of our commitment to timely service, while still ensuring your premium product reaches you.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is hand-packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your custom cards arrive damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days. We will rush a replacement to you at no additional cost.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
